Position Title: Product Engineer II

Summary:

The Product Engineer II supports ongoing product improvements and manufacturing readiness for new designs. This role focuses on process validation, documentation updates, production support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for sustaining and improving existing products
• Support design transfer and process development for new products
• Update and validate manufacturing processes and documentation
• Train production staff on new procedures
• Address production issues and support NCMR/MRB activities
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain part quality
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure QMS compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with QMS
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement

Details:

• Pay: $38-$44/hr (DOE)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Onsite - New Brighton, MN
